I was thinking about what my duties are as a witness to a wedding after the wedding?
Should I keep a check if the relationship is still going well or not?
Just sent a gift or small reminder of their love on their anniversary?

Then I thought I just develop a Mini Relationship Assessment! 

Two cards, which form one abstract heart.
Two questionnaires on the back for each partner with positive questions.
